Client Requirement

‍The East Sussex Fire Brigade approached Auto Solutions with the task of designing a bespoke operational support vehicle. Their requirements focused on creating a safe, efficient, and versatile solution to meet the unique demands of their emergency operations.

Our Approach

‍To fulfil the client’s needs, Auto Solutions implemented a range of custom features that enhanced the functionality and safety of the vehicle:‍

• ‍Custom Cylinder Holders: Custom-designed holders were fabricated to securely transport breathing apparatus cylinders. These holders provide enhanced safety, preventing movement or damage during transit.‍
• Enhanced Vehicle Accessibility: A Rhino tow step was integrated to facilitate safe and convenient entry and exit from the vehicle, especially in challenging environments.
• Wipe-Clean Lining: To support hygiene and ease of maintenance, a wipe-clean lining was installed. This feature allows for quick and thorough cleaning, minimising downtime and ensuring compliance with cleanliness standards.
• Optimised Lighting: Additional LED lighting was installed to enable the vehicle’s use at any time of day, ensuring visibility and functionality during night-time operations.
• High-Quality Materials: The vehicle’s interior was fitted with premium Bott racking systems and Legend wall linings.‍
• Hygienic Storage Areas: An additional bulkhead was installed to create separate clean and dirty storage compartments. This division ensured safe and hygienic storage of equipment.
